As a society we still talk too much as if ‘mental health’ and ‘physical health’ are two separate things, when in fact health is health, and the brain/mind is as much part of your body as your heart, lungs and limbs. So why shouldn’t your workout target your mental conditioning as much as your muscular strength or cardiovascular endurance? To do this, ‘mental health’ cannot simply be an add-on to an existing workout product, you need to consider how human beings develop patterns of thoughts, emotions & beliefs and use that understanding from the start to design workouts which target specific psychological objectives as well as physiological ones. This is the approach that we have taken @rowbotslondon
, and has required a diverse range of expertise and experience to pull it together.
I’m so proud of what we have achieved in only 5 months! A massive thank you to every single one of you Rowbots.
