5 things you must do to build your strength

1. COMPOUND WEIGHT TRAINING : Compound weight training are the exercises that work multiple muscle groups at the same time. For eg Bench press exercise works the chest (pectoral muscles) , Anterior delta(shoulders) ,and Triceps. The benefit of compound exercises you work more muscles simultaneously and build more strength as it also has great impact on your joints, hence building great skeletal strength

HAVE GOOD SOURCES OF PROTEIN : Protein is important and has many vital functions in our human body , Proteins of animal origin are called as 'first class' protein having all the essential amino acids in it, So balanced diet with first class protein sources is a great way to help muscles to recover and increase it's mass and strength

3. GET ENOUGH SLEEP : Sleeping for 7-9 hours is mandatory if you are looking to change body composition , increase your strength and muscle mass. Your body produces it's own muscle building hormone , importantly HGH and testosterone ,enhancing muscle recovery through Protein synthesis

4. IMPACT BASED CARDIO OR SPORTS : Improves your bone density as your joints are under stress while performing sports also helping your stability , balance and coordination ,if you are medically fit and having no joint problems ,it's recommended to perform impact based cardio like running ,skipping etc and/or outdoor sports atleast twice a week followed by weight training , Combination of all these above points is must to be followed for best outcome

HAVE NUTRIENT RICH WHOLE FOODS : Whole foods (grains ,fruits ,seeds etc) have lots of vitamins , minerals and essential fatty acids that are essential for your immunity , hormonal production , stronger bones and muscle Protein synthesis ,bNutrient dense foods contains the most fiber, helping prevent constipation , stabilize blood sugars and lowering cholesterol levels helping overall to live a fit lifestyle

🔶Make sure you set up a desired target during your each workout session ,create a dedicated space for your workout and plugin your headphones! this will keep you motivated throughout your workout and won't let you quit in between .
🔶There are several Ways to make homeworkout harder and much more effective
.
🔶By Decreasing rest times between the sets at intervals will subsequently increase the intensity ,the less time your body had to recover ,the more challenging and fun your sets would be
.
🔶Performing your reps slower in eccentric movement (negative rep) will increase your time under tension ,hence putting more load on your muscles
.
🔶Doing bodyweight exercises for Advanced and intermediate is easy so Another way of increasing difficulty is by performing Unilateral single arm/leg movements
.
🔶Performing supersets back to back is another way to challenge yourself
.
🔶Add resistance to your workouts ,if you don't have weights or resistance bands you can use bags ,sacks or water bottles etc
.
🔶Stay active throughout the day by engaging in functional activities at home for eg household chores , helping you burn some extra calories 😜
.
🔶Lastly you need yo have a good nutrition as well. Avoid dense calorie foods sucks as biscuits or fries ,be creative in this quarantine period to try out new healthy recipes remember to include vegetables also there are many of them on Youtube
